Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your individual service agreement or proposal.

No Guarantee of Results

While we work hard to drive results and use proven strategies, we do not guarantee any specific outcome — including a specific number of leads, calls, sales, bookings, revenue, or rankings. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your offer, your responsiveness to leads, and platform changes.

Payment Terms

• Some services require an upfront setup fee or deposit before work begins.
• Recurring services are billed on a monthly basis unless agreed otherwise.
• Payments are due on the agreed schedule. Late payments may pause services.
• Any third-party platform fees (hosting, domain, CRM, SMS, booking tools, etc.) are billed separately and are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the agreement.
• Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable. Recurring services may be cancelled with the notice period specified in your agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To get the best results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Grant required access to platforms (ad accounts, hosting, domains, CRM, etc.)
• Respond promptly to leads, calls, and bookings generated by our systems
• Cooperate with reasonable requests for content, feedback, and approvals
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client Surge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost opportunities — arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Right to Modify Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; changes take effect once posted on this page.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website and creative deliverables produced for your business. We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks, processes, templates, and tools, and the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.
